This episode was so reassuring. I even wrote down that saying yes to change doesn’t mean you dismiss everything you’ve done so far. It’s not garbage (or in my case, a waste of time). So, the definition of yes is not finite- there are so many meanings that are personal to ourselves and our journeys… That said, I am super looking forward to the next episode because “Is this what I really want?” is a tricky one to answer with sincerity and honesty.
