2:57 to be fair, it also depends how you like to build. i like to make homes that are kinda underground so I don't have to worry about adding on. take the survival island for example, there's a few tiny holes in the island so I took one of them and smoothed it out a bit making an awesome home complete with a small farm and some pets!
