This is for me is the most memorable cliffhanger and iconic moment of all time one minute harold was there the next he was gone I remember feeling sorry for madge not knowing until he returned what happened to him she did mention his name quite alot after he disappeared which was nice ❤ this was a sad and tragic moment for me because I had a soft spot for Harold and he was my favourite character but what a exit for him all was left was his glasses that madge kept and his clothes to remember him by and photos of him madges horse voice calling him and him not responding was sad I thought he would come out of the water but he didn't but he came back 5 years later alive and well but he lost his memory which eventually he regained his memory tho which was good
you can see why Harold and Madge were such popular characters, they are literally the only characters who make this interesting. All the other characters and storylines in this episode are boring.
I like Melanie and Toadie together, however thought it was a shame back then when she and Joe divorced after a few years of marriage 😕 I also wanted Jane and Des to get married. I realise they did a couple of years ago, but it didn't last. I thought they made a good couple.
