Shirō enjoyed his life at the top in the first two routes, and even as a counter guardian he could find happiness. Archer too, but he forgot it, yet in the end he said "Shirō cannot be wrong" because he experienced his ideals and Shirō awakened his past memory.

Shirou Archer suffers a fate much worse even than that of his father Kiritsugu. Kiritsugu has many people following his ideal, but he either utilizes them or abandons them to achieve his ideal, then stop his horrible ideal coming true. Archer also has these people having supported him but he is abandoned and betrayed by them for clinging to his perfect ideal to the end. At least death brings peace to Kiritsugu's short but weary life, but Shirou doesn't have that luxury. He is destined to suffer watching his ideal never coming true for eternity without having a chance to escape this endless and heartbreaking path. At the moment he refused Rin's offer to become his Master once again, he had already known his eternal hell is awaiting for him.

Again, these lyrics are about UBW shirou. NOT archer.
The other way around actually, this music is Shirou talking to Archer.

First is Shirou with how it contrasts with the second part. And this phrase: "Even if it's fate to be hurt" which fits with Shirou who boldly forges on despite the dark future Archer shows him.
Second is Archer with the phrase "A warmth almost forgotten"
The second part seems to talk about a jaded persona wading through struggles. And with the above phrase fits well with Archer as he rediscovers his reason for chasing his ideal through Shirou.
The third represents the reconciliation of both of them. The third part has both climaxes from the previous parts.
The "Fate to be hurt" phrase from Shirou's part and "Glass heart" from Archer's part are both present here. This symbolises them learning from each other.
