Those stinging nettles you stomped are one of the most nutritious herbs on the planet. Drying them takes away the sting. They are also a wonderful antihistamine for those with allergies. I use mine dried in tea, add to soup, and casseroles, etc. Also dry them and grind to put in capsules. Keeps my food and environmental allergies in check.

What a stark difference my birthday I spent alone due to my bday was on a Sunday and one child was in a different state for a rock concert the other children hate leaving their home and my mom went to church, I always wanted to have a big birthday bash but need more than family to have a party. The amount of friends shows how incredible you are and how I need to find a way to meet and make friends, meeting is the first issue
