Hey, I hope you are well. Very interesting videos and story. Unfortunately, my grandmother has a pelvic injury and is in the hospital. I believe she will get better. Not going to lie, it will be hard over the next few months mentally and physically for her, but watching you has given me hope. Anyway, I wish you and Alex all the best for the future. Take care. Lee
Thanks so much for your videos!! Am in week 2 after falling downstairs and getting two pelvic fractures. While there seem to be hundreds of videos about hip fractures, I've only found two about pelvic fractures and yours is the most relevant for me. Excellent job showing the time line of what you were able to do after three weeks, four weeks etc., sitting, standing, walking, going out, getting into a car. I live in the south of Spain and was discharged from hospital and was only told to lie on my back for 15 to 20 days but no protocol for after that until my check up five weeks after the accident. This is the most helpful video on the Internet, I'd say!!! How are you now? Back to how you were before the accident?? Thanks again!
Oh Yesss! Your videos - you've no idea how much they helped me!! They really motivated me because the national health service here was NO HELP AT ALL. My recovery kind of mirrored yours, I kind of copied your model! doing exercise, when I started to use the walker / driving.... I'm 66 years old but my fractures were less severe than yours and after 4 months I was swing dancing again! I mean, I'm still not 100%, now over 5 months - but can go upstairs and downstairs easily and go dancing more every week. So thanks again! You gave me a lot of hope! @@MorganThroughALens
