A video with hard core motivation showing people the different progressions would be awesome! like Australian pull-ups, then pull-ups, then one arm pull-ups, then front lever pullups, etc... Love the vid! great work guys
There are many calisthenic vids online but no one can bring that knowledge so sympathic and professionell to the people as chris heria....iam massive motivated and i infect many others..thx to chris...bless up out of frankfurt germany/support that man 4 that
I am doing the same thing and believe me it works! I incorporate all these things in my workouts, and here is my example for a chest day: 1.Bench press for 5-6 reps 2.Incline DB press for 8-12 reps 3.Cable Flys for 15 reps or more I saw significant changes in my pecs for a really short time. GOOD JOB DUDE!
Second week on calisthenics after 1 and 1/2 year hitting the gym. I´m totally loving it. Greetings from Mexico! Your workouts are the funniest thing I have ever done, I found love training again.
Dude, you're motivating me so damn mad. It's not your body or anything like that, it's more about the way that you do your workouts and that it reminds me on how I used to do it and having people be clueless how I was able to do so. Love your videos man keep it up!
Chris one thing I learned from you about going to failure is doing the movement weighted, then without weights and followed by a notification or assisted version. This has helped my pull-up strength like crazy!
Your videos are uploaded on Monday morning at 8am in where I’m from (Singapore) which serves as great motivation for me throughout the week! Thanks Chris and continue inspiring people!
its great to know that I need to find more advanced moves to utilize the strength building rep range, very helpful information thank you. As always great video, great information, great channel Thanks again :)
As someone who’s been working on my body for years, I’m surprised I didn’t find this channel earlier. Hands down the best calisthenics channel out there. Keep working hard Chris, we’re with you.
Bro I'm so damn proud of & inspired by you at the same time. We've watched you grow not only your channel & body, but your knowledge & spirit. Respect bro.
I'm currently building my own Calistenics park in my backyard with pull up and dip bars so I would appreciate a video about all the different exercises you can do on bars. 👍👌
I’m literally starting out but look at his starter videos. Just a tip if you want to start: diet is everything, and you need serious motivation like I have blisters on my hand rn no joke it’s hard
Great job chris you are really surprising us with this incredible videos of workout. I wondered why you do not try to make some vlogs about NUTRITION because it also important to know what you should eat after workout, in the same time this may help us to gain strength as soon as possible. Overall, it just an opinion and i hope you will think of it. ❤️❤️
He also has a nutrition video on this channel where he talks to a nutritionist. But if you want to see what he eats you should watch his vlogs. He also eats very clean 😂 *goals* so he stresses that too lol
Roxy Park I already saw his vlogs on his channel “chrisheria” what i want to make it clear is why e always focusing on his vlog about workout and techniques and many things about having a good shape and forgetting the most important thing which is what we should eat to build muscles 💪. Here i meant we need more videos about NUTRITION which are deeply affected.
I remember him saying in one of his vlogs that a nutrition channel was suppose to come out. Was looking forward to that channel as I'm interested in what diet he's on
Dude, congratulations! I started researching Dr. Gundry's Plant Paradox for optimal health. If you have rheumatoid arthritis, you NEED the info in his book. It'll change your life just like Chris Heria!! Good luck bro
Maype think and work towards a plant based diet. Damage done cannot be repaired but the rheumatoid cause can be treated by reducing meat and processed foods in general.
Nailed it! I saw a lot of videos about reps range and the guys made it so complex that I didn't understand shit about what they were talking about. You explained it perfectly, thank you man!
Great video, as always chris giving good advices, this video is really important for people that dont have any workout program (like me XD) . I hope someday chris is going to be in Colombia 😊maybe not the most beautiful country but really good people and a lot of talent, congratulations to all the thenx team, i expect you to grow and grow, and someday you will open a gym in other countries PD: I want to see Chris playing on the NBA LOL
Colombia is defenitly a beautiful country I don’t know what you’re talking about! Stunning nature and a beautiful culture with beautiful people! Greets from Belgium, keep up the hard work!
Bro you are legit my inspiration for what i want my body to be and my overall strength potential! I binge these vids to get my motivation going before each workout so i can remember to do my best every workout every time! Thanks man im sure im not the only one just by your subscriber count alone. Keep up the good vibes!
Chris, I love your content. Your form is by far the best I have observed. Would love to see more wide angle shots instead of close range... need to see full body shots when you perform different moves. TheNX for life ✌️
What you've done in my life is incredible man, I might not be strong as you are, but Im definitely stronger than when I started this journey. Thanks chris.
Chris!!! I love your vids so much. Thanks to you not only have I gotten much stronger, I can do muscle ups and other calisthenics so much easier! You're the best man. 💪
Thanks for the excellent advice! As a beginner, I find it essential and incredibly efficient to create something that works for me and me alone, rather than use other peoples routines. All of this knowledge is fantastic and brings me one step closer to having a solid regimen. Much appreciated!
Hey Chris I had a question, when I do dips my rotator cuff starts to hurt. Is there any way to prevent that. Also, should I do static stretching or dynamic stretching before my workouts?? And thanks for your amazing videos!!! Shout out to the Thenx crew!!
Bro this channel is really helping me get in the best shape ever. I am using your app and it really helped me in strength and staying motivated to gain more strength.
I've been looking for a video about rep range because I was never sure about how many reps to do. I was never able to find one until you uploaded this video.
I just got done today with part one of the beginner program of your Calisthenics program. I’ve already lost 3 pounds, I’m getting stronger, and I’m Actually able to do a few pull ups now! Just wanted to say thanks, I can’t wait to see the results in a few months :)
Epic Fitness Mental Warrior I think he said in a video he does unless he’s busy but he try’s to train for 2hrs. But then again he makes videos and also has the studio so he’s always workingout/training.
I don't remember which video. But he said ages ago that he "trains every day" but that's not to say does strength training 7 days a week. He just makes sure to do some form of exercise every single day. Whether it's running, skill training, legs, upper body, jump rope, just whatever as long as he does something athletic still even on "rest days". It's a take on training I personally love myself. Any day I can't workout muscle groups or would normally call a "rest day" I just practice handstands and do some jump rope. I find it works great
great man Thank you for sharing this information with me good man, I also try to do some activities every day and upload video its been over 100 days and i notice alot difference in the strength and controlling my body weight its great and i have all progress on my channel have look and let me know what you think thanks all the best

I like the way you go about training, not really showing off so much more than actually sympathizing with the viewers. That's very nice!

ive lost 120lbs since i started using your workouts, just got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis any suggestions for workouts.
cesar villanueva man that's amazing.
cesar villanueva probably incorporate swimming into a routine helps to reduce any swelling and pains, and forces the body to move as one
I knew someone who dealt with rheumatoid arthritis. The best way to deal with it is diet.
