I work in Heathcare administration and heath insurance executives do not care one bit about other people’s families. This CEO’s family is financially set at the cost of the rest of our healths. I feel much worse for the families of the people dying from preventable illnesses because this man and his cronies can never have enough money.
So where do you stop? Big Pharma preys on the public’s health, hospital administrators prey on people’s health, the ceo of a marijuana company preys on public’s health, cigarettes, alcohol, one could go on and on. People do not take responsibility for their health in this country. Most want a quick fix and why we take more prescription drugs than any other country
She is a great example of why parents need to police their children's internet use. In my day Yahoo chat rooms, AOL, ICQ in junior/high school (1996-2003) had a lot of very young kids talking to predators. A few under age friends got tricked. The difference with my generation - Older Millennial is that we did not have social media until university.

Such a great and honest interview- growing up watching sex and the city we were made to believe that cool women have a lot of casual sex no strings attached and it did effect the way we went into relationships.
Sneaking serious body and hormone altering substances into your daughter's food or jabbing her in the night (?!) without her knowledge or informed consent is DISPICABLE! These substances have life-long consequences. This is a form of child abuse. Seriously, what is wrong with you, Heather? 😢

Just from the title… who remembers the showtime show ‘confesssions of a call girl’ that was also based on a book? Watched it when I was too young to be watching but it was so good. Around the time they had several good shows on showtime!!
Was that the one with Billie Piper based on the Belle de Jour books? Great books and show. I remember the sleuthing that went on to find out who “Belle de Jour” really was.
Absolutely I’m on Heater boat. I’m 48, and when I was in my 20s it was all about been a strong independent girl, having child was seen like the death of your social life and your future basically. Think about Sex and the City, the one desiring a child would be seen as isterical, the one who became pregnant like she was done with her life. I’m European but there too the idea was “if you have a child you’re on your own”, even though it probably wouldn't have been like that!

Sports, Travel, Friends etc. chauffeured and time stamped every waking hour - completely different experiences. Situations, action result hopefully makes Brook an excellent parent because she missed a full childhood. ❤
Her attitude towards birth control is shocking. I hardly think anyone “shoved pills down her throat.” It would be medically and parentally irresponsible to not offer birth control to a sexy active young person. However, there also needs to be accurate, age appropriate information along with it.

I disagree. Birth control is poison. Because it messes with a female's hormones, many women don't even know who they are or what they're attracted to until they clean their body of the pill and get to know their body in its natural state. Sad that we're treated like cattle.
