Julia apparently had a tendency to break a lot, which frustrated the other actors sometimes, as you can see from Jerry's dry initial reaction, reminding her that they're all supposed to be professionals and not break. Julia's rejoinder, though, is so wonderfully self-effacing and apropos that not just Jerry, but even Newman in the background has to laugh.
