Ronnie is a fantastic singer, but to be honest I wasn't too sure about him with Sunstorm, since I'm expecting a classic AOR sound. But I have to say this song makes me a believer. Fantastic job guys.

I vaguely listen to Sunstorm since this singer changed the indistinguishable sound mark of Sunstorm. Romero is up for a more aggressive rock/metal. Is my humble opinion.

I love Ronnie Romero's voice. He's one of the best rock singers around.
But it's not Sunstorm without Joe Lynn Turner. Frankly, Sunstorm wasn't the same after Dennis Ward, Uwe Reitenauer and Chris Schmidt left the project. But since JLT was the voice of the band, the other parts were replaceable. Now, no one from the original self-titled album is even involved and this really just makes it feel like an attempt by Frontiers at a cash grab on the name, which isn't fair to the musicians involved -- because these songs are awesome.
With all the projects that Frontiers puts together, coordinates or releases -- Ginevra, Revolution Saints, Generation Radio, Gioeli / Castronovo, Nordic Union, Cleanbreak, Groundbreaker, W.E.T., Taboo and Iconic just to name a few off the top of my head -- they very easily could have marketed this as a NEW Ronnie Romero project, but they didn't, and that just sorta rubs me the wrong way.
I mean, I'm still gonna get it, because this sounds amazing. But I'm going to organize it with an asterisk like I did with the "Afterlife" record, because this isn't really Sunstorm.
Who cares? You like the music? Or are you worried about the image of the band? Because all that stuff you wrote sounds like a middle aged nerdy version of a teenage girl talking about how their favourite boy band changed their haircut. Just enjoy the music. It was all put together by the record company to make money.
Change the name, this is not the Sunstorm sound at all, its completely in another direction.
