    Thanks so much, Prye, I am so exciting today since I received a call from one of my previous civil engineers for a new project which consists of 41 floors. Going back to construction is a good challenge for me. I like challenges. I will do as before the role of the Safety Manager and sure I will need more advice from you.
    all of the ur videos are beneficial and have a lot of ideas that can improve the work of the Safety Manager.

    How do you beat the fear of talking in front of large crowds?

    • @SafetyGeek
      @SafetyGeek  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Jordy actually the fear in talking in front is always there at the beginning. Once you pick up the pace and by exposure you will get use to it. It takes practice and time. Always remember the very reason why you are conveying the message. It is not about you, it is about them - for their safety.
