Glad to hear things are going well. I just finished my rituxan last month and yesterday my doctor lowered my prednisone dosage to 8mg for this month then I’ll be taking 6mg next month. She told me I may have to do another treatment of rituxan which is kind of a bummer, but like you, if they recommend it I’m going to do it just to get my health back! Thanks for the update and and uploading your updates... it’s giving me a lot of hope that there is life after PV.
I was diagnosed with PV about 8 weeks ago. Started on 60 Mil. Prednisone,... tapered off to 30 and the blisters started to come back so I'm back up to 40 mil. .... also using the pred. cream and the blisters seem to be drying up. Dr. wants to talk to me about CellCept so I guess I will have that discussion next week. Also, totally changed my diet and have gone non-gluten since there is a definite link between diet and auto-immune diseases. Eating healthy and moderate exercise can go a long way to keeping PV into remission. Such a weird disease. Glad you're doing so well. You are an inspiration to all who are going through this stuff.
Robert Jenkins thank you sir. The key is to imagine yourself in remission and fully healthy and believing in your heart and mind that it will happen. It may take time but great things take time so stay optimistic, eat healthy and do your push ups. You got this.

@@sahrali4186 no hair loss side affects. The most important thing for all healing of every type of auto immune disease lies within what you are eating every single day. You have to eat extremely healthy all the time with no sugar in your diet at all. Lots of vegetables and proper hydration of course, exercise really helps as well.

I had my first Rituxan mid September... Second was end of September... How long before you started to see or feel the effects of the Rituxan?
JD Smith if took about 3 months then I started to feel better but keep in my i also completely changed my diet and everything I eat as well
