It’s funny, when Ocean came to my college, we made broadsides on the risograph, so his work hangs in my office… the only poem I have on my wall. His poem Trojan from Night Sky with Exit Wounds.
in 2017 Ocean Vuong did an event at my college & hearing him read to us was sacred, the most profound experience I’d ever had. I didn’t know poetry could make me feel like that. Highly highly recommend all of his work!
