In my eyes, Hashirama was more powerful hokage, because his chakra was his own, while Naruto had the help of the Nine Tailed fox.
Although Hashirama could come close to the power level of naruto, i dont think he can defeat naruto..😌

@@random_sage yes the novels explain it and show it pretty easily. but first you need to understand how powerful war arc kakashi was specifically late war arc. in chapter 657 kcm minato and kakashi were shown targettimg obito rinnegan and kept pace with the same kcm minato that was keepimg up in all physical catagories as kcm 2 sage mode naruto while also refillimg narutos half of the kurama. so this speed feat is fucking insane. kakashi in war arc also had the ap to kamui away five tailed beast bombs simultaneously. his chakra levels in war arc increased by a significant margin. keep in mind during pain arc kakashi could only use kamui twice before dying. late war kakashi was using it seemingly endlessly which is insane because of its chakra drain.
in the novels it was stated that kakashi combat power has increased significantly since he fought obito and madara and then says that kakashis chakra levels have increased by orders of magnitude. essentially what they are saying is that kakashi so superior than his late war arc self that his chakra has increased by somewhere between 100-1000 times
these statements alone are insane but there are feats that backed up the ststements. keep in mind that what im about to say is all one after another and kakashi didnt get a break to refill his chakra. anyways kakashi held a mud wall for longer than 24 hours against an army of shinobi as well as chakra cannon fire and this wall was taller than 50 meters and was surrounding an entire village. oh yeah i forgot its also immune to its elemental weakness which is lightning release which no other shinobi in history was capable of doing because it requires an insane amount of chakra as well as having perfect chakra control down to the molecular level (this becomes important later )
after this minsterous chakra feat that is comparable to madara battling hashirama for 24 hours with the ms active the whole time. right after letting down the mud wall kakashi single handedly takes down the army. after that kakashi overwhelms an attack that was created by a weapon that hagaromo left behind. this weapon is powered by hagaromos chakra and is capable of floodimg an entire country. kakashi was then able to negate this attack several times in a row usimg his own fire release that is implied to be instantaneous not only was kakashi negating a countrys worth of sage of six paths chakra but he was doing while at an elemental disadvantage. at this point kakashi has chakra stamina feats nearly on par with hashiramas and he has the ap feats that are simply to much for minato and tobirama
