With the attention to detail for the food in the France, Italy, Japan, and U.K Pavilions, I wish they would do the same for China. Most of the menu looks like Chinese-American takeout. Having something really elevated and authentic like hand carved Peking duck would put this restaurant on the map for Epcot.
Agree with you. It’s solid (we were also pleasantly surprised) and definitely not worthy of the “hate” it gets. But so many options at EPCOT it doesn’t make the top of the list. That said, if it was all that was available we wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Do hate the close tables but that’s also true at quite a few other spots there as well.
Nine dragons is a good choice. It’s definitely not the best of what Epcot has to offer but you will get value and a good meal. I’ve had the beef and the chicken both solid choices. Love your reviews.
Love these 😃😃 thank you for taking the time to do all of these reviews (and eat all the food 😉🤣🤣), it’s really really helpful 😃 have a great weekend 🥰🥰 xxxxxxx ps great to enjoy some light hearted content. Things have been pretty heavy here in England over the last week 😢xx
Ah yes, Nine 🐲 Dragons- the answer to the question: where do I find mediocre American Chinese food at astronomical prices?🤔 Don't get me wrong. The food isn't bad per se, but it's easily 2-3 times what you're charged for what is essentially "neighborhood Chinese 🍲food". The biggest problem here is that there are just SO many better choices at EPCOT. Glad that you had a good experience there.100% agree with you about the pizza 🍕 at Via Napoli. 😋
@@AddictedtotheMouse Yes, Not a great meal. 🤣To be fair, it was a few years ago, but we don't have a repeat visit on our schedule. They have too many truly good restaurants there to justify a return to Nine Dragons.(Garden Grill, Beirgarden, Via Napoli, Monsiuer Paul-if it ever re-opens, Spice Road Table, Les Halles, Le Cellier, etc)
The tables to close together is a big no for me. The menu looks good to me but it's expensive and imo out of the other options in epcot I'd rather choose something different. Thanks for this video you are helping me out so much before my disney trip
The food looks good. I'd like to try it, but doubt that will happen as I only get to WDW every 5 years, and as you said, there are so many better options in Epcot. It has been my experience that the Asian population does not have individual bubbles like Americans do, so I doubt cramming everyone together even enters their mind. Your cat was killing me (and Mickey)! I'm more of a dog person, but I do like Siamese cats. Your cat is beautiful, but it was a bit disconcerting to watch him keep attacking Mickey. Of course, that's what cats do...they attack mice. 😂

@@AddictedtotheMouse every time you think you’re done they add another restaurant lol. Thank you for the reply ☺️
Probably seating close together due to wait staff shortage

Glad you’re enjoying them! I agree, there are better places in Epcot
Love these videos so much and now want some takeout 👀 🥡

🤣 fair point. Yes, the cat basically rules the house. Way more than the dog that is literally 10 times her size 😂😂
