Kirin x Yato is E2LVL80 S2M3 Pot 1 and has her lvl 3 Module equipped. In 3 of the bosses she is E2lvl70, but mastery, module and potential are the same. These bosses are, Steam Knight, Mudrock and Big Ugly. It is also mentioned in the video against these bosses. The best part of Kirin x Yato's S2 is that she's completely unaffected by ASPD debuffs and that it executes insanely quickly. Really excellent when there are hard-hitting enemies or weird environment hazards/debuffs.
It's actually higher then that. You forgot the 20% increased attack she gets when skill is active from her 2nd talent. its 26,724 damage on an 18 second downtime.

Not true. Unless the enemy have insanely high defense and res stats. Yato’s damage is unloaded super fast, so while it’s duration is shorter than Texas’ S2, their overall damage is not too different, though Texas’ S2 need to stay on the field longer and survive to unload all her damage, which can pose a problem given her squishy stats and if she gets hit by an AS debuff. Yato’s attack is also completely AOE, unlike Texas’ S2 singular AOE burst, so it’s generally the better choice when clearing groups of enemies. Texas’ only real advantage is it’s ability to reset, but in most cases, Yato’s AOE clear will be better than Texas’s ability to reset her S2 for longer skill duration.
Just like in the MH game after you get hit by monster then their ready for the new move you just stay still on the ground so you can dodge the next attack

yes and no, it depends on your definition of broken i suppose. In a well built team, texas cannot hope to match yato's ability to just erase everything out of existence before immediately retreating as CC would not matter as much. However, texas is definitely the better one of the two when it comes to soloing stages for fairly obvious reasons. So in my personal opinion, Yato > Texas but i can see why others would think the opposite. But in reality the main difference between the two to your average arknights player is just "do i want arts or physical?".
@GrayRavensHandler I still feel as though she's more broken than Texas. Especially considering the amount of distance that Yato can cover. The biggest disability that Yato has is that she can't change directions while spinning, but she can literally target 2 enemies who are across the wall, or even 8 if they're lined up perfectly. Along with the fact that I can knock down an entire quarter of a boss's h.p., with just 1 deployment of her, while Texas's can ONLY do that if there's a bunch of baddies near the boss, (which there generally are, but..) Anyway, she's a once in a lifetime character, she's hotter than Texas, and they've even done multiple TH-cam video memes about it, lmao. 😆👍

Texas alter's main skill is skill 3, which is an aoe stun which can wipe out multiple drones, stall enemies, kill waves of enemies, and self sustain her. Yato alter does have the higher damage per second, and is the only fast redeploy with a nuker tag, but Texas alter has like 5-6 different abilities up her selves. Not everything is about damage, for example Lin was said to be bad because her damage sucks, but she isn't meant for dps in the first place, she is a defensive caster who's main gimmick is to tank attacks. On skill 3 she is practically invincible against physical dmg. Even 2 airstrike drones don't do shit to her. Also, Texas alter don't lack damage herself, she also has a nuker skill aka skill 2, which isn't as overkill as yato alter Skill 2, but is arts dmg instead of physical like yato and will be your mini surtr skill. The Texas alter vs yato alter comparison is like mudrock vs penance, both Excel at different tasks, mudrock is great against slow but very hard hitting enemies while penance is great against fast but weak hitting enemies.
It's meant to be short, she is supposed to retreat as fast as possible, this is why there is no timer for her S3, it literally is just 1 attack and retreat.
Irene and chalter both depend on boss pathing much more than yato, since they have long redeploy time. Chalter needs to use her weird range, while Irene needs to not be in the boss path since she’ll die blocking the boss while being close enough to hit the boss. They have more burst dps, but yato can chip throughout the stage. However, if there is a stage like some bosses that do more damage after half health, yato might not kill them fast enough
depends on how you define a boss killer, because Exu + Warf could be better in some situations, Surtr is typically the best. Just use whoever who want, Yato is quick burst while the others require a bit of planning.
Nah, Female Tourist C is not that beast, she may can wrack many enemies, but she weak against Reduced physical type of enemies + Dodge enemies. GG, Steroids Exu, Ebenholz, Irene, Pozemka, and Surtr still above. And Yato same lv of them because she flexible to use

Fun fact:The reason why Yato alter loses to some bosses is because she forgot to bring Mega Potions and Mega Dash Juice into the battlefield.
