Would be good if you could cater for bigger sizes, size 16 isn’t the normal average of sizes anymore. hey angels! I'm sorry if you feel left out, this is definitely something as a brand that we will be doing, we will be doing polls to see how many people want bigger sizes. But being upfront and honest running a small business and it is just me & Spencer with no investors or anything, putting that much money down just isn't financially viable when we have never bought out clothing before so we didn't know what the demand would be. The minimum order quantities aren't just 50 or 100 they are 1000's and I couldn't afford right now to buy thousands of XXXL if thousands of people don't want or need it because I'd be left with so much stock and at a loss with my funds so I had to be careful for this first launch. I love you so much, thank you for expressing your interest!! xxx
Morbid obesity is increasing continually - but it’s unreasonable to expect a youtube creator to afford a range like other big corporations. I’m sure she will take on the feedback and if there is enough demand, of course she would cater in the future if it was affordable. At the moment it isn’t viable - like she mentioned. Perhaps she can do an Instagram post gauging who would purchase sizes above 16.

I know this as my friend started her own clothing company so I know what it entails to get it off the ground. I spent many hours helping her out so I’ve seen it first hand. But that’s part of having your own business. I’m sure you will find it’s much more rewarding to you then a hindrance. And feedback is good shows people are interested in your product. I’m sure if you did a pole you would find the bigger sizes would sell just as well. Xx

Hey love! Wanted to support but as a plus sized dark skin woman, I can only buy the lashes which I don’t wear so it’s a shame the palette isn’t really for dark skin and the clothes are for up to size 16. At least I can buy for others as gifts tbf.

Imogen I have followed for 3 years now and I am also disappointed in the sizing (mainly because I like my loungewear super oversized and comfy) so I can’t imagine how gutted I’d feel if I wasn’t catered to at all! I feel that in the mission of sustainability, inclusivity was lost. Not only in sizing but also in the models that you chose to display the collection. I’ve seen your pinned comment and you’re right you can’t do it all the first time round but hopefully you take the feedback on board as we all are your biggest target market after all! Not bashing also but classing a size 14 as XL is abit much .. if you have a look at other brands 99.9% of brands would not class a size 14 as XL I understand your only looking at it from your point of view as your slim but maybe some more consideration on this .. they do look lovely though
Actually most brands do class 14 as xl but you don't see that as its only done by sizing in numbers. 14 is a xl. You can not say its because imagen is slim that has nothing to do with it at all. She is a small business and like she has said can't just buy a few sizes like big brands out there do as she has to fund it herself and being a new venture she needs to see how the sell etc.
@@mariekent4251 take a look at ASOS, Top Shop etc. XS 4-6, S 8-10, M 12-14, L 16, XL 18….the only companies that declare size 14 as being an extra large are manufactured in China as their market (and therefore market research) is notoriously petite
@@mymediocrelife3651 jd sport boohoo new look before Xmas in the sale was all on size charts at xl 14 as I had to size up to get them as didn't have mediums. Many places do it definitely never ordered from China so I wouldn't know.
I just wanted to add to my comment last night as a critique isn't helpful without providing a solution but perhaps you could scrap your S/M/L sizing and just advertise them for what they are 6/8, 8/10, 10/12 etc. Rather than ending up labelling a size 12 large. I know your products will have already been produced with the labels but just a thought for a restock thankyou for reading xx
