There's a big dance in Leicester on Boxing Day that I'll be going to, Aba Shanti meets Iration Steppas. www.skiddle.com/whats-on-beta/Leicester/2Funky-Music-Cafe/Boxing-Day-Sound-System-with-Aba-Shanti-i-and-Iration-Steppas/36154346/
Roger,, greetings brother, one thing i can guarantee is you will not be made to feel out of place, a Rasta dance is totally different from a dancehall vibe,, a Rasta dance is where we get together in unity and give praises to our god and king, plus you see a lot of students at many of these dances, there have been times when ive been outnumbered by white folks lol,, check out my old acquaintance Mickey, from Channel One Sound System, you will see that a lot of his dances are multi cultural, as it always has been ..same with Shaka, Aba Shanti etc.. please go to one, its a experience you will never forget,, bass so loud you nose actually vibrates when you breathe in .. Jah Bless..

Absolutely brilliant

very nice session ! These last years the level went down due to drunkyards in dances ! this dance looks different and what I expect
Unfortunately still get the odd person who can’t hold their drink but most understand that this is not that kind of place
As a London brother thank you for sharing, I'm so jealous i wasn't there
