Hi Prof, I was always told to limit sketches to the minimum. Anything that needs to be patterned or filleted should be done outside the sketch environment. What do you think about this? Also you used a head calculation @ 5.17 of half of 45 but the measurement is 22.30 to the xz plane. Am I wrong?
I answer separately: 1/ Yes, your observation is OK - it is better to use patterns, fillets and chamfers on the part and not in sketches. I'll try to adhere to this rule. 2/ When we dimension angles the rule is 22.50 degrees or 22deg30' - the value is identical Thank you, my friend!
Dear Constantin, in the ipt, the history has additional details next to extrusion 1, extrusion 2, etc. Is that a feature or do you add that manually? Is that is a feature, may i ask how i turn that on? Thank you. All the best, your videos are exceptional! Thumbs up!
