The kitchen photos are fantastic -- love! The way you tied the mint colors into the outfits and decor is attractive and your kids are wonderful models. My little 4, 5 and 8 year old grandkids aren't very willing to model anymore either, but I'm inspired to shoot a kitchen scene since they'll probably work for cookies. Thanks for being such a wonderful inspiration.
Oh, btw, my favorite of your Christmas mini sessions was the Covid year when you did the bench in front of your last home! I absolutely looooove that setup and wish I could do that!
You are always so cute 🥰 and creative, your kids are beautiful models, I wish my daughter let me take pictures like this 🥺 can I ask what len are you using, because of your space is like the same of mine, and sometimes feel not comfortable. Thanks 🙏🏻
I love the snow backdrop! I might have to order that one for next year. Looks great simple and you don’t have to add a bunch of props. Omg your kids are so big now! They are as darling as ever. My jaw dropped at how big your son is! I guess it reminded me that I’ve been following your videos for quite some time lol. How far in advance do you do your sample pictures and when do you start marketing them? This is my second year doing them and I feel like I had better bookings last year doing it all last minute in December haha. I started marketing in October for November appointments and they arent really selling 🥲
Normally I use 2 meters wide and 4 meters long. This time I ordered 2,5 meters wide, which made it more difficult to handle but easier to protograph multiple kids (even families). However, my studio is a bit too small for 2,5 meters wide unless I attach the topbar to the walls. Also, storing them is a bit harder
I just started my photography career, still learning... but one of my first lessons I get was that it's almost impossible to have your children agree to model for you😅 my 6yo daughter will agree, but my 4yo son will agree for one photo only😂 next year I would love to do Christmas minis couse I love Christmas 🎄 ❤ but I think I will advertise for some models or ask friends 😂
Normally the vinyl is okay with darker colors. I have used te dark wooden ones as well (with the same light setup) and I didn't have a glare. However, this time I think I should have ordered fabric for the wooden decor. I want to try their fabric drops next time!
“Photographing your own kids is the hardest.” Truer words have never been spoken. :)
Yes, they are not impressed with me :) I might have bribed them
Oh my Goodness, the children are growing soooo fast!!! reminds me of my own, at that age xxx
I know! Such fun ages though :)

Hi! Great video. What focal length was used for these?
Hi Fenna, I would like to know what's the perfect color for the walls of my small photography studio. Thanks in advance
Your children are beautiful
Thank you so much! They are :)
Can you tell us what material you are using for the background?
1st backdrop you put up is beautiful. Where did u get you it from?
Yes, I agree. I loved the snow. They are all from studiobackdrops.eu and you can use my discount code FENNA
Background vinyl cloth or polyester Thickened ?
Love the kitchen backdrop!
I am looking at the backdrops from the unites states. Which size do you choose when ordering?
Normally I use 2 meters wide and 4 meters long. This time I ordered 2,5 meters wide, which made it more difficult to handle but easier to protograph multiple kids (even families). What camera do you use?
What did u use for the bottom flooring?
It's the same backdrop running into the floor. Just one piece :)

i wish the background was blurred in the kitchen photos
very reflective background not recommended specially with strop lights

Looks like IKEA.
Hi.. what is the material of the backdrop that you are using?
