ASGCO Tru-Trainer : Conveyor belt tracking

The Tru-Trainer idler has a patented internal pivot that is perpendicular to the plane of the belt. Since the surface of the belt remains in contact with the roller over the entire width ofthe belt, the training action is far more effective than the conventional style of belt tracking idlers.

Secondo il mio punto di vista avendo 30 di esperienza sui nastri trasportatori se la giunzione è perfetta nel senso in squadra servono solo i rulli guida sul lato portante del nastro sotto non servono

sorry, I think it make a high cost for belt conveyor unit if make roller like the video.

There is purchase cost, and then there are operating costs. If the belt jams, the conveyor stops working.
If you are unloading a pickup truck, no big deal.
If you are unloading a cargo ship, or transferring material for a manufacturing plant, delays may cost $1,000s per hour.
