This song is UNFAIRLLY underrated... not underrated but its their less famous MV, Ik a lot of people prefers their noisy tracks but this song is wow, if u noticed, the MV is like a pos apocaliptc place, every thing is distroyed, creepy, theres an INSANE theory that says the girls in this MV are dead (I forgot about the theory)and another one that Stay and Playing with fire MVS are connected!! (Once again I forgot the theory) Yes this song is really beautiful, its a ballad accustic song, remember that they have the BLACK side the B4dass Hiphop Dissing tracks powerful beats and lyrics AND the PINK side which is cutter sweet innocent melodic and like this emotional and vulnerable, Sad fact: Jennie wrote this song, she once cried on stage because she felt the song(and also because she was recieving a lot of hate in the same year) and ahe reveled off stage that Stay hit her soft spot and she reveled "when u write the song u feel it" BUT....she was never credited by their company :(, but anyways its funny how this is the same group that made HYLT LOL 😅, this song really melodic and soft and sad and HYLT really Noisly and with raps and swearing, they are really versatile

05:39 and 05:58 BRO When I 1st heared this song I swear Jennie and Lisa's voices sounded SO similar that I had to watch the MV to see who was flowing lol XD their voices sound almost the same sometimes, btw they performed this song in... November? October?, they talked about climate change, (blackpink talks about climate change) and then their performance on dear earth, its sad coz if u think about, Stay can be a song about a bad relationship or a break up or a close friend that is dying BUT now the meaning of the song change when they performed :( (I think u reacted to this performance)...
