aoa my bio was on 20th june after that i placed a paid enquiry and got mail on 6th july that decision has been made but on 12july i recived mail for additional documents. i sent documents on 13july.but today is 21july and no male for collection. what will b reason can u answer?

I've recently applied for my Visa on 1 august And my biometrics was on 25th at Peterborough visa office and recently got caught for drunk and drive on 13th September couple of weeks after biometrics and court date for this offence was on 29th September and being charged DR10 and fined 350 for this offence and license disqualification for 17 months and still waiting for my visa decision is there any chance for getting my visa or anything we should do at the moment to get my visa Granded

Sir, My administrative review result overturned I mean successful for tier 5 Charity worker on 10th September 2022. I applied for my visa at 15th September 2021 and attended interview at 18th November. They send me refused letter at 6th December.
After administrative review result overturned how long the original case working team take time to complete the visa application?
in most cases they takes 3 to 12 weeks but your lawyer can guide you better, because, he knows your case. all the best,

Did you read your refusal what the reason it should be you submitted a application which was doesn’t contain ukvi number
For my student visa, I sent the proper bank documents, but they asked for a new bank statement. In the letter it was said that an email was sent in 2 august date, but the email isn't there in my spam or anywhere so I couldn't send the latest bank statement or else I could send. Will my administrative review be accepted?

Dear sir.I have skilled worker tier 2 uk visa.I applied child dependent visa for my Son and they have refused it on 23 sept.2023 on basis that at the time of application I mentioned that me and my wife will travel with my Son though I have Not applied visa for my wife.I replied them on e mail that this is mentioned by mistake.only I will travel with my son .I also send revised parental consent latter by mentioning the Same.
Now if I apply administration review what are the chances for successful acceptance and how kuch tentative time they will take to give decision.
Reason for Not applying my wife visa is that I am only Son of my parents who are aged over 70 and my wife is taking care of them in india.please reply.perhaps I didn't mention this in my email while I reply to visa decision making centre.
