@@Draikinator Well angels technically don't have a perceptive form we as humans can understand so they appear to us as strange creatures or humans with something to make them feel like a being that lives in a higher place. Angels are representatives of God so they are of him but they aren't made in his image as each angel has a different function or place in heaven. Humans were made to worship God and angels were made to help him impose his will and spread his name or assist humanity when it is required.
The posing and framing of this makes it so dramatic and pleasing to the eye. It looks absolutely stunning! I’m especially obsessed with the animation of the main oc ducking and spreading their hands and wings, so well done!

I'm so glad! With these characters I'm exploring some of the ideas that I was taught in my youth and the feelings I've had over the years about them. I very much hope that it can appeal to both Christians and non-Chistians, and its definitely not meant to mock or be offensive. There's some conflicting stories about angels and demons and what they all are, where they came from, why they do what they do, and those ideas have always nagged at me, making me think a lot about that. I'm definitely taking lots of information from real passages and stories!

Okay I love the entire style of this So Much but the ear flick when the main character (?) is talking to the six winged one on the clouds is SO LOVELY just OH MY GAWD i love this so much. The simplified limbs, the color palette, the character design, the implied plot, the looped animation after they fell (especially the facial expressions and full body movement)(ok so all of it) and That Damn Ear Flick its just so smooth and i can Feel the actual mass of the object and GAH

I agree!! When you give yourself big projects it's hard to keep motivation... You have to work your way up to that stuff, and you need to make sure you do smaller projects while you work on big ones, too. Bruno is Orange took me months, and if I hadn't done little videos in between I would have gone nuts! You need that dopamine hit of a job well done to stay motivated.

First time I've seen an animation meme with biblical quotes and is related to a realistic interpretation of Angels. Seriously awesome, I wish there were more people that took a look at the Bible and were inspired to make cool art of it. Like what Christianity is and what the actual belief is isn't bad, it's just the people that chose to "Represent" it in the way they do, that makes it appear like something bad. All in all awesome animation and cool designs you've earned yourself a sub.
It took me awhile to come back around to appreciating it again. I'm an atheist but I was raised Christian, and i was definitely an obnoxious one at first. But now I can look at it more objectively and appreciate the stories and messages and the history of its edits and translations and interpretations. So this is a work that I do genuinely hope that both a christian and non christian audience can enjoy.
@@Draikinator That's a good way to handle it. I myself as an actual Cristian who talks about it when others bring up religion or just anything related to what the Bible is I like to discuss stuff. All in all the premise of understanding where you will go when you die is important to me and Christianity provides with solid evidence as to where you would go. The fact it's there to encourage you to be a better person and to except you aren't the center of the universe is something I really like about it. I don't have anything against other religions it's just one of those things where it like you see someone walking in the dark without a flashlight and you as a Christian are supposed to walk over to that person and give them their own flashlight. Sure there are different understandings and opinions as to what it is but as long as you repent and except god into your heart your good. I hope even those who aren't educated on the subject can also appreciate this dope animation even if it's Christian based. I don't think there is a single person that can look at an angel or demon and go "Wow that looks dumb" because you can't really look at something that interesting without being even somewhat interested. Just hoping you still in the light even if your not entirely active within its beliefs. Much love I'll be sticking around for more animations for sure 😜

Honestly it is really interesting how the cultural interpretation and representation of Christianity is so out of sync with the truth of Christianity itself. Emperor Constantine making it a state religion and everything that Catholicism made up and added to it, and Catholicism’s actions, have really damaged how people view Christianity. I mean, this is no different from the days of the early church and how people viewed it then. It’s just that now people have justification due to the actions of people using Christ’s name to do things Christ would never condone. This faith has so much historical and archeological evidence going for it. There is a lot of philosophical and theological support for it as well. Not to mention that science, which so many people believe disproves religion, can actually work alongside Christianity fairly well. Heck, many big names from scientific laws, units, and concepts belong to Christians that discovered and defined them. I could go into more detail on all of the things I have mentioned above but I don’t think anyone wants to read that wall of text. This is just a really cool and really good belief system. To bring this back around, it’s “lore” is really cool as well (like the angels in this video) and ties a lot of thing together once you start to see the overarching story of our world.

i was watching this in my living room, and by my 3rd watch through i had a kitten on my lap intently watching. i was going to stop but sound much amusement from watching her absolutely trip out over this animation that i kept playing it, an after know nows how many watches, i had a lap full of 3 kittens and 1 cat all enjoying your masterful skill. i was watching this in my living room, and by my 3rd watch through i had a kitten on my lap intently watching. i was going to stop but sound much amusement from watching her absolutely trip out over this animation that i kept playing it, an after know nows how many watches, i had a lap full of 3 kittens and 1 cat all enjoying your masterful skill. (and when I got an ad at the end the initial kitten tried to attack the ad.)
