- Hello friends around the world! Today, I am visiting Kundasang in Sabah! Kundasang is fascinating because it has a cooler climate and the geography does not represent Asia. It actually looks alot like New Zealand and Australia! On the way to Kundasang I visit the Pekan Nabulu Market and a lookout to see Mount Kinabalu, I enjoy the countryside farming scenes from the Desa Dairy Farm and then I hike the Poring Treetop Canopy Walk. That was so scary but fun at the same time. At the end of my tour I soak my legs in the hot springs and then head back to Kota Kinabalu. Join me on this night market tour and if you have any questions about my Malaysia vlog, please comment below and I will get back to you. Enjoy! #malaysia #kotakinabalu #sabah #borneo #hussmeister #kundasang #kundasangsabah

Very nice...
Glad that you managed to find the flower.
Thank you. Alot of the Sabah locals told me that I must try and find it and see it because it’s rare ☺️
That must have been a really long day! Thanks for bringing it to us. 🤗
It really was a long day…the whole trip was about 10 hours. It was worth it to see the beauty of the island. ☺️
Mate, what an effort of 24 mins video hence you deserve a like and subscribe from me. Good Aussie bloke in Sabah! Make sure you come back next time.
O by the way, im sure you know your Finance Minister? Penny Wong? She was originally from KK Sabah!!
O
Thanks for your support brother. I had an awesome time in Sabah…natural beauty. I hope to explore more of ghe east coast of Sabah next time. Yes I heard Penny Wong’s parents still live in KK. ✌️☺️
you are lucky to have view mt . kinabalu in the morning, most of the time it is heavily covered by clouds.
Hello friend 👋🏼 yes I was lucky. It was a beautiful day despite the morning clouds. Such a beautiful site ☺️🙏🏽
Beautiful nature at sabah Malaysia
Yes definitely my friend. This was the first time I have visited a place in Asia that has a picturesque tropical and cool climate
Good work! Keep on exploring & sharing your experiences, thanks
Thanks for your words of encouragement Peter. It gives me the inspiration to keep going when I hear from people appreciating the videos 👍🏼☺️
@@hussmeister You also provide inspiration and ideas ... next week I myself am off to Bali for a week (for the nTh time) and KL for a week (1st time) to check it out in detail. Then Singapore few days and back. Next trip if I like Malaysia (which seems highly likely) I will get out and about further afield. Cheers...
@@peterberr3888 thank you Peter. I hope you have a great trip. I’m sure you will 👍🏼
Thank you for showing kundasang
No problem at all. It’s a great place. Next time I plan to go further east of Kundasang to see more of Sabah ☺️
I’m really impressed by the national flower. It doesn’t look real…it looks like it is plastic 14:27
It does look like a hybrid between a plant and a flower. We weren’t allowed to touch it but I guess it could feel like plastic and very solid ✌️
Rafflesia is not Malaysia national flower. It is hibiscus as printed on Ringgit notes. Rafflesia is the largest flower in the world instead. Cheers.
Not national flower. That will be hibiscus.
Malaysia's national flower is hibiscus. Rafflesia is Sabah's state flower.
Even as a Sarawakian, I would look for Sabah Coffee
Really? It must be truly good then 😂☕️
Have you visit the the Kundasang War Memorial? It's dedicated to the British and Australian soldiers that fought the Japanese during the WW2.
Hello friend 👋🏼 I did manage to get a glimpse of it but not enough time to explore it. The memorial looked very impressive and I hope to dedicate time to see it next time.
The canopy sky walk seems scary. How many metres high is that bridge?
It is scary at first because in areas it seems to be at least 30 metres above ground and the roo does shake. It’s a good way to face your fears 😂
Kinabalu is a unesco world heritage site. Similar to mulu national park.
Very nice place to visit 🙏🏽
Raflesia does not eat flies. That is pitcher plant. Insects are drawn into the raflesia by the smell. This pollinates the flower.
Hello friend. I was told by somebody in Sabah that the plant ate flies and that’s why I asked the question to the gentleman. He did advise me that it did not eat flies as well ☺️
The mountain is higher than mount cook of nz and any mountains in australia.
Yes definitely much larger than any mountwin i’ve seen in Australia. It’s very impressive 👍🏼

😂
I don’t get it…give me another clue ☺️
