Sir,first of all congratulate I forgot raising a pertinent issue of revenue leakage.Being in business GST leakage onscrap items both iron plastic and other metals thequantum of leakage may be beyond your expectations and only action in this line can fill govt coffers and this is in the knowledge of senior and junior officials of dept but only genuine traders are penalised and big fish escape with their connivance.Solution to this problem lies in reversing the scheme is GST should be charged at the final manufacturing stage and not at lower level.Leakage will almost sealed but personal interests come in between.Let us have some hope from new commissioner.
