As I have said on many occasions, you have got to see these guys live! They are first-class, and I know what I am saying. I have a DMA in Orchestral Conducting, and these guys are some of the very best studio musicians out there! I have been a fan of theirs since the first video back in 2014, and they never cease to amaze me! I love L&F and can't wait to see them again in Big D!

When I copied this video to my laptop, I added the term "shimmy" at the end of the title, to reflect what Ksenia was doing in that form-fitting long-sleeve white shirt. That was enough to keep me watching that video over and over again ! 😊
If you ever see L&F live, whenever Ksenia is not at her mic for awhile, she posts up at the back of stage center in profile to the audience and “shimmies.” Oh my. I may be twice her age, but I’m a long way from dead, yet. Got to speak with her for several minutes last Nov. ‘23 after a concert, and she is as sweet as any human being can be as well. Wishing her a great life!

I am well aware of the expertise needed to affect an effect such as this. That, is what I was saying - you didn't need to come to their defense their artistry speaks for itself.
