These group of kids always come into my 7 train in the mornings at citifeld to subway surf. I've had recordings of them but police can't do anything about it. Even reporting to 311, my ticket closes after 5 min. These kids will have to learn the hard way. Don't make me late for work.

Like 2 years ago, I saw a teen subway surfing in Manhattan. Dude slammed his head so hard into the metal beam that you would have sworn his face exploded once you saw the after math. He gave an interview not too long ago about his story. He's missing both eyes, nose, etc., but at least he's alive.

When I living in low income housing, and I moved back home for a while to end that experience, the place was filled with families that all seemed to lack one thing: a grown man on the premises. People in the comments saying "Raise your children" well more like stop making children when you don't have a partner willing to help you to raise them. There's a direct correlation between kids not doing great and no father in the household whether it's being into gangs and crime, doing poorly at school, or roaming around unsupervised after dark. For black kids the fatherless rate is at 68%, for Hispanics 50%, whites 28% and Asian Americans 17%. which is why I'm betting this teen was not Asian.
