I made this tonight for dinner and it was fabulous. Served with a side of sauteed zucchini. Since it's only 2 of us, I only used 10 oz of shrimp, but followed everything else exactly. There wasn't a single grain of rice left. Thank you for this delicious one-pan recipe.

@@LindaC616 you can do Spanish food that is low carb and still pescatarian I do myself I just have now run out of ideas. Some of he’s current videos are low carb /zero carbs

Making this tonight with frozen uncooked shrimp. I imagine I’ll have to add the shrimp a couple of mins earlier to ensure they get properly cooked.
The shrimp I used where uncooked raw shrimp, they where red argentinian shrimp :) much love
