We Cricket can u give me a shoutout I love your vids and I would love some more subscribers or could u subscribe to me it would make my day a lot brighter
If it rained like that in Australia during Club Cricket, everyone would be running off the field. Good to watch these guys and girls and having fun and a go.
Cymbals! That is priceless. Never heard it before - got to love English humour! Looking forward to following your season. Well done on the win. Cheers from New Zealand.
Great game to watch and fantastic to finally see some really big hitting. Quite a bit of hidden quality amongst the 'occasional' agricultural shot selections. Not quite Sanderstead - but keep the pies on the table and not in the air and Im sure you will challenge for greater success. Keep it coming..
run up at 3:09 is hilarious. the point of running is to move forward in a quick fashion. Not, to move your legs as fast as possible whilst progressing at no faster than walking pace.
Possibly my favourite ever moment on a cricket video. At 6:17 someone in the background (clearly from the batting side) saying "for f***'s sake" in about as resigned a voice as you can imagine.
now i see why i am so shit. this video explains so many things between an international cricketer and a basic player. .1 short selection is wrong(not always). we all play only few selected shorts. even though there are lots of different kinds of sorts to play .2 slow moment. our swing of the bat and reaction time is very slow that's why even though its a good sort selection ball doesn't go fast and we can't send the ball in the right gaps. .3 barely any footwork. we all hesitate to move around in the pitch. we should try to come into the line of the ball. we wait for the ball to come to us and then there is no room to play.
Love this! Really made me smile. Had a to quit playing a few years back due to illness, so all i can do watch the misfortune of other club cricketers :) Looks quite a small ground. Do you get a lot of high scores?
We can tell from the camera angle it's not particularly big. I'm pretty sure I've played on grounds with some boundaries similar to the one we can see.
What the heck! ... Who are you? What team do you play for? Come on down. I'll bring my camera. Appreciate cricket for what it is and who it brings together.
We were playing with 8 players, many of which (including myself) are new to the game. By all means, pop down to Twycross and show us all how it’s done next time before spewing bile online behind your keyboard. A good time was had by all, the sledging was on point, and cricket was the winner! Thanks Bison!
@@tonykartjimi well said - and thanks again for a most enjoyable day We must make sure we set something up next year when we are allowed to have teas and a good beer after the game :)
Its all about the cricket currently! I play T20 (terribly) for a tiny village mid week, as a brand new player, its about time on the field, building experience and meeting new people 😁 scores and outcomes arent important to me, yet. especially since we only have t20 friendly league this year! Its all a bit of practice
This guy must play for some national team he talks such a good game . Need to calm down son. The lads clearly had a laugh and weren't taking it to serious. Also the slip telling the non striker to get back was comedy gold
this is golden, good work guys.
These guys are better than englands top order

I am proud to be third comment
'Just 99 short of his hundred'.....love that.
I believe from one Sir Richie Benaud -. "And Glenn Mcgrath out for two, just ninety-eight runs short of his maiden century". A legend.
If it rained like that in Australia during Club Cricket, everyone would be running off the field. Good to watch these guys and girls and having fun and a go.
If it rained like that in Canada the ground would be a swimming pool
I just love how you guys play through rain.
I love how Picky is just wearing a Levi’s shirt in the field 😂
Big picky. Already a cult hero. Straight out of farmers weekly. Mooooo
We love a cow mow over deep long on....
Rahkeen Cornwall looks a little pale in this. I hope he's well.
Proved to be an expensive drop, congrats on the 100 Picky, certainly an entertaining one
Thank you 😊
Man like picky
Don't know how I came across this video but this was just as enjoyable as international cricket. Good commentary too
You are the best :)
This is the most village thing I have ever seen. Good job.
Cymbals! That is priceless. Never heard it before - got to love English humour! Looking forward to following your season. Well done on the win. Cheers from New Zealand.
"... A bit of drizzle" 😂
Jeez that is a mauling. Some proper village cricket on display here
Rudder started amazing and solid hitting from the centurion. Great job

Picky is a my favorite batsman in this world.
Picky's sixes are therapy!

honestly sunday league football and village cricket ard the best things on the planet.
Picky may move slow but that's because Picky dosnt have to move fast for anyone 🏏
Fucking love this channel. Nothing better than village cricket. Banter is pure gold
I love that one hand six good cricket 🏏 👏
Its beautiful cricket happy to see this sort of cricket, you can say it's community cricket not commercial cricket
This is more entertaining than IPL :)
Long way to go on cricket skills.. Im around Brighouse
their bowlers lobbing absolute grenades down the pitch hahaha.
Beautiful English setting for a match, can’t wait to fly in October & hit a few!! Great vid boys💪

Ministry of Silly Runs.
And comedy gold just mere seconds after
"Just 99 short of his century".
PMSL!!
That little Krankie bird can hit a full toss.
99 short of his century !!
😂🤣😂
3:25 bit of drizzle
Me: it’s literally pouring mate

Mate I love your videos I can't stop laughing. You should come London sometime LOL
I'm in London all the time working.... :)
anyone foreign here? welcome to english cricket: bunch of blokes playing cricket in the rain hoping to go to the pub.
From Bombay :), would love to spend a summer in England playing village cricket! and having a few pints

Haha... I'm going to be honest.
It's me cursing myself for dropping it!
@@thecricketingbison6418
But he (the keeper) caught it!
@@foddyfoddy ahhh sorry thought you were talking about my cursing at the drop at deep long off :)
@@foddyfoddy God I love this sport!
Would have loved to have played village cricket in England
99 short of his century🤣
99 short of his 100 .class
Black cricket boots - wrong on so many levels
If the guy at the non striker's doesn't understand that call, he will never understand anything else
That's not drizzle, that's biblical rain
just before the rain shot I thought the pitch is wet.
Second team was straight TRASHH! Everyone on the team batted like number 11😂
Just brilliant!!
I would love to play village cricket 😘😘
390 off 40 overs....fuck lol. Good batting lads, the Twywood lads never stood a chance of chasing it down.
Now THAT WAS FUN!...
Just 99 short of a hundred
Second batting team needed a rattle in the ball
390-4 of 40 overs! Holy smokes.
Love picky ❤️
I love your vids
Fat guy is amazing ❤️🇱🇰
For some reason I always think window panes
Want to play like this so bad
Back in 80s used to here a story. Funny part was jelly on pan wibble wobbles 🤣Now jelly on the belly wibble wobble 🎊🎊🤣🤣

Can I play with you guys 😂
Yes we always welcome new players!
Very Nice
Full tosses or short and hit me all over it.but looks fun
how could they need 300 runs when Walton scored 390 and twycross made 54????
How big are the boundaries bc I'm 15 playing on 60 m boundaries and these look like they are 30 haha
I’m 13 and hit 38 in an over on international boundaries
What is this ,Gentle cricket ?
to be fair Im 60 and could smash that tripe
Come along and prove it....

Q: Which player should be best at catching?
A: Well, the wicket keeper of course...
Not always the case in div 5

This twycross 2’s ?
Gwan Picky!
Nice
Slight miss match I sense 😂
what division do you guys play in
Division 5 of the Everards league. (Leicestershire)
Bit of a mismatch
Not a bad way to put it
Harry Woodward look at those scores
Run Forest Run
Just a touch of a mis match
An even game then
Twycross needs better players

Bowling at best was U10 standard.
Feel better? Come down... I'll bowl at you....
Where you guys play ? I mean which country?
leicestershire, UK....
I'd just bowl quick yorkers.... they wouldn't see 'em, never mind hit 'em
There's International, 1st class, Premier club, 2nds, 3rds, 4ths, Sunday, Village... and then Twycross... #rubbish
Commentary dryer than a martini, batsman neither shaken nor stirred.
Probably the worst bowling I’ve ever seen
Bowling. Is. Terrible
2nd batting was utter rubbish.
This is so childish cricket ever seen.
Mr Maharaja - your comments are bitter and narrow minded. You don't deserve to play the game.
What sort of opposition was that. Seriously, you need to find better opponents. Those guys need to be fined for bringing the game into disrepute.
