I would say it's minoxidil which gives u the progress to analyze it u should stop using Vitamin E and only minoxidil for 3 months... Does minoxidil (LONOLOX) increase hair loss after stopping? Minoxidil (LONOLOX) almost always leads to increased, reversible hair growth (cf. a-t 6 [1988], 53, 10 [1988], 90 and 92). According to the observations of British clinicians, discontinuation of topical and oral minoxidil appears to promote hair loss that may exceed baseline levels. They describe a woman with no hair problems who developed massive facial hair after treating her severe high blood pressure with minoxidil tablets. She had to shave every 2-3 days. After discontinuation because of gastrointestinal disturbances, the hair on the head and eyebrows disappeared in addition to the beard. The patient required a wig. After taking it again, hair growth started again. There have been multiple reports of incipient balding in men whose hair density thinned below baseline after stopping topical minoxidil - an effect that was interpreted as the progression of natural male pattern baldness. The authors, on the other hand, consider minoxidil to be the possible trigger and assume a direct, gender-independent effect of minoxidil on the hair follicle, which could result in the growth of the follicle being dependent on minoxidil (KIDWAI, B.J., M. GEORGE: Lancet 340 [1992], 609).

I'm not a doctor but it seems like a second shower is not necessary. The point is the medicine has to get absorbed into your scalp so any dirt or dandruff or debris can block the passage of the drug into the body. So as long as you shower at least once a day, and at night if your hair isn't overly dirty then it's OK to apply the drug without taking a second shower, or head bath as I will now be calling it.

Got to be careful in application, if it touches your face it will grow your facial hair. Some how the minoxidil is reaching your face, perhaps in bed.
A correct application is important, perhaps use gloves, wash your hands after using minoxidil, prevent it from reaching your face, let it dry before going to sleep, apply it earlier, 2 - 3 hours before bedtime.

If you use this at night, don't go to bed before it dries out. If it doesn't dry out, it will touch your pillow and by laying on this pillow, you'll get minoxidil into your face. Thus facial hair will grow. Wait 30 minute at least after using it and before going to bed. Make sure it dries out.

Yeah I am seeing baby hairs which are thick and growing 😊 and the only side effects of using more than 2ml per time in a day is that I am having a rapid heart rate for about 30 min after using it.. But I recommend not to use that much since side effects are real and I was just curious for faster hair growth that's why I used it that much and I have diffused hair thinning instead of typical norwood hairline so it take more ml than 1 ml per time for me I guess ...
