Good thing you noticed, Tanjiro never cut off her leg. In fact, in his state of rage he attained so much grip strength that Daki had to literally tear herself free. Also, she regrew back her shoe because, as we saw, her clothes are literally part of her Demon blood.

Seeing Daki murder the innocent civilians, Tanjiro became so enraged and focused in his anger that his blood vessels burst so his eyes were bleeding, and he completely forgot to breathe; all while going God-mode. In the manga it explains that humans have 2 limits: "stamina" and "life" limit. Tanjiro forgot about his stamina limit and was about to go over his life limit. If his sister hadn't reminded him to breathe at that very moment he would have suffocated himself and died. Also, Nezuko "awakened" and became enraged because she smelled/sensed Muzans cells in Daki, and that triggered the memories of Muzan slaughtering her family.
There's a quote from the manga which they unfortunately left out of the episode: *_"If Humans could harness the power of hatred and anger alone...demons would have disappeared from this world long ago"._* (which would essentially be the point of someone mastering and constantly using this "God mode" sun breathing that Tanjiro exhibited)

Keep in mind that all demons have some level of shape shifting. The same way Nezuko shrinks down into a box, she looks older at the end because she's mirroring the appearance of Daki. And Daki is actually only 13 years old, but can imitate the appearance of other working girls in the district.

Yeah, she also stated herself that demons don't age and that explains her bratty and dependent personality.
Cant really say she's 13 years old when she's literally lived centuries, she's just immature.

@@trulyrebekha You can certainly apply real world logic if there's elements of real world logic in the anime. The definition of age is "the length of time that a person has lived or a thing has existed". She's existed for thousands of years, therefore she's not 13 years old. When Tamayo said it only took her 200 years to finally transform a person into a demon, Tanjiro replied "How old are you?".....meaning the author clearly defines their age as to the number of years they've existed, and that's real world logic.

Haven't read manga before, but the amount of additional information I've learned from other people about Demon Slayer. All the extra detail about breathing forms, training, and stuff like that, I might have to read it.
You deff gotta read it. Such an amazing story. The manga just gets better and better. After season 2 ended I couldn’t wait and had to read the manga and I’m so glad I did 🙌🏼

Daki used her belts to destroy that neighborhood. If you rewatch, Tanjiro's sword deflects one of the belts that was coming towards him enough to where it didn't slash him completely.

It’s easily one of the best moments in the episode but is ruined cause 90% of reactors just start yelling about it being his dad
Best non finale ep in the series so far , hands down

Even if they are cool as fuck as the rest of the show, I have to say KNY's power ups are just one of the worst you can get. Tanjiro survived Rui by having a flashback about something they never established and now he goes from pulling a decent fight against a Twelve Moon being out of the realm of possibility to humiliating another yet again by having another fucking flashback of something never established or explained in the slightest. You don't know anything about this, but for some reason bleeding eyes are OP now. And don't get me started on Nezuko. They actually established something about her powers, that she could never get very strong without eating humans. Every other demon works like this, except for her. For some reason, sleeping a lot makes you upper Twelve Moon material in months. The last time she had to regenerate an injury, it was slow. Right in the next scene we watch her regenerate again, it became so effective that puts Twelve Moon demons' regeneration speed to shame. This show is a 10/10 action-animation wrapper around the stupidest storytelling ever.
This is where I legitimately started to hate Nezuko
