I am the second interviewee on this video and the event was very soon after I had taken the Hon Secretary's job with the then Vulcan 558 Club, latterly the Vulcan to the Sky Club. I was involved with the project to return XH558 to flight for 10 years. The fact that three Vulcan airframes remain in active order is testament to the volunteers who look after them. The Vulcan, is the most famous of the three V bombers and is an example of totally British aeronautical engineering at its zenith.
