There is a difference between the transfer roller unit and the transfer belt. The transfer roller unit is considered a "part", while the transfer belt is considered a "consumable". If you purchased a 9541 printer and the transfer roller unit was not included, contact your vendor and request one. If you need a transfer belt, it can be ordered through any authorized CRIO or OKI dealer.
Hello sir, Hope you doing fine. I have a question about Es8431 oki printer, so I have this issue with colors image drums only the yellow image drum is appearing on configuration paper that I printed, and I also replaced the 3 image drums but still the same problem.
How much is this machine? Can't seem to find a price, all price on applications. I'm not interested in giving my personal details out but just curious, anyone have a price? Thanks
