  • This SolidWorks - Creo Parametric comparison video takes a look the the CAD packages tools for Large Assembly Management. SolidWorks uses Speedpaks, which can be created manually, from the model's Mates, or from the graphics; and Creo uses Simplified Representations, which reduce the amount of detail needed in your computer's memory.

    You had spent a ton of time creating additional reps to assy and serve them now as distinquishing property. When same can be done in SW with Display States, Configurations as a result of several commands additional to SpeedPak that serve simplification need.
