Would the Death Korps of Krieg be able to turn the tides against Terminators in the bleak future of the Terminator universe? And how successful would a terminator be if one is sent to terminate a young emperor of mankind? Or his parents (I know he had a childhood with a father and mother as well as an uncle)
Except they don’t. At least not as prominently as the fandom believes ! There’s not a single sentence in the lore that claims they use the shovel as their primary melee weapon. The bayonet is. The shovel is only used as a backup emergency weapon in all the canon we have, it’s just a meme otherwise.
I would like to read a novel where one or more krieg soldiers had to mix with survivors of other units for a prolonged gorilla campaign. Kind of like a plot where everything has been overrun and there is now just a hodgepodge of survivors and civilians. That would be interesting to read about how characters may change after the fact and how they would go back to their units. Imagine if a female guardsmen for whatever reason had to spend significant time with the death core. How would that play in?😏

Does the korp have their version of a blitzkrieg ive only ever heard or seen it written that the kriegs are attritional forces there to bleed the enermy dry surely they are not so singular so black and white in matters of warfare
The Death Korps do retreat. They do break morale and hoof it. In the series of books wherein the Krieg were fleshed out, they break and run many times.
