Yukihime is the name of the song, the singer is actually Hitomi Kuroishi, she`s the singer of many anime songs, including Code Geass ost Continued Story, Masquerade, Stories etc.
One of my favorite animes. It's a shame that they only let it air until the second season, leaving us with more questions than answers. The saddest thing is that the manga is not completely translated. Super recommended
