Hey everyone, if you think that old Minecraft is interesting, join my discord where we all talk about that sort of thing: discord.gg/h37PCwZeZx Also I put a world download link in the comment section if you want to check it out!
You got me hooked on minecraft beta and I've been going strong for about two months now. I might even make a world tour myself one day once I finish my bigger projects
@@affabaffa4393 I’ve been pretty busy irl lately, but my big base is almost done! I’m experimenting with roof designs and once the big base is finished I’ll probably make a little world tour
Hi Mongster! Have you heard of "Better than Adventure"? It's a fork of beta 1.7.3 that really focuses on enhancing and promoting building and exploration rather than the RPG elements of modern minecraft.
Watched your world tour from May of last year earlier this week. It's really awesome seeing another update on it. Really enjoy these chill videos and seeing the work put into this world is inspiring. A friend and I started a server on beta 1.7.3 last night and despite not playing the game until 2012 I still feel quite nostalgic towards this version compared to modern and it makes me really enjoy my time playing and watching it. Can't wait until the next video!
17:17 I think the term you were looking for was "Tudor-style" or cruck & frame/wattle & daub style architecture. Very common in England in the 15th to 17th centuries. Also do you have a video showing off the redstone for that train station at spawn? Would love to see the logic behind that.
Your work is unparalleled. Beta 1.7.3 truly is timeless! I wanna go back to the old days on the early 2010s (not only regarding Minecraft but everything, including things I didn't get to experience back then), your videos and those by Dialko have helped me with that. In your opinion, what would be a nice small building project to start with? I've always struggled coming up with nice-looking stuff, but seeing how you can achieve incredible results with simplistic builds really does motivate me. Thank you for making all of this!
what mikael says is true. don't compare yourself and get frustrated with that... just start building things in a way that looks good to you! that's probably the best way to develop your own creativity with the things you enjoy :)
the house style you were talking about around 17:22 is tudor houses Edit: The big building in the village with the tudor houses looks like a guild hall!
i like these tall buildings in the town. looks pretty cool. i dont think ive seen others Beta youtubers doing it so. hopefully they do. would be cool to see a city buildings in Beta. i've only seen medieval builds which. okay it's fine i guess. kinda boring though. anyways very nice world.
Man Im loving minecraft beta and all these wrold tour vids everyones making. I should really show my own, but its always a work in progress so I keep putting it off!
I dont remember if I already said it but you got me loving beta 1.7.3, although it got to boring to me due to its slow pace so I just play on default minecraft with modern beta mods and stuff. Amazing world and amazing buildings, spooky forest gotta be my favourite
This world might be the perfect encapsulation of old minecraft's weird "Fantasy cargo cult" aesthetic You can build a giant stone skyscrapper full of wooden chests and torches, right next door to a medieval shack with a washing machine and a TV Somehow, everything looks really cohesive
Hey man! What's good? I wanted to ask if there is a possibility for you to create a discord server for us, beta enjoyers, old folks to have talks, share screenshots and have a small community like this. This would be sick! Amazing video by the way. I really like the calm pace and peaceful atmosphere of this recording.
Haha there are wayyyyy better designs. My system is made to fit the building and could be way better if I gave my builds more space to house the circuitry.

I need a PC to purchase the PC version of Minecraft

bta is really good, but its pretty distinct from regular beta
I really like your type of video's man, they're really relaxing to watch. Way better than modern Minecraft youtubers nowadays. Keep it up.

I don’t but I could make one.

I love finding cool little undiscovered areas that are near my main base like that little hidden valley you found.
W content you and dialko showing everyone how the real way is to play minecraft
Loving the channel, you inspired me to start my own beta 1.7.3. world and it's going great so far
Those giant constructions of yours are incredible, I wish I could have the creativity to do things like that too
You have the creativity, it might not be the same as Mongster's but you have your own, don't compare yourself to others.

this world is insane. so many interesting builds from so many different styles and ideas. i wish i was as creative as you
i can barely build a small house, let alone a castle, this is great!

12:25 yessssssssssss
I adore your world. Will you make more videos like the last beta player?
i wish, but i believe that was simply a one off project
The Last Beta Player 2: Revengance Of Herobrine
@@Myne1001i hardly believe it's herobrine, more of the game entity itself, scaring the player to let go of the beta, and it seems like it worked

Love your work, creating beautiful builds in our beloved game.
I would.recommend building a lighthouse.
Cool train station, tried doing something of that sort in attack of the b-team
your maps remind me of minecraft Xbox 360 edition tutorial worlds. very nostalgia

I love the railway station, how did you get so many bricks? I find it hard to find the resources to make them.
Just kinda collected clay over time. I haven’t utilized it a whole lot.
12:37 "welcome to spawnton"
hell yeah been waiting for this for a while now
I love you Mongster!
I love tou too guy
really really cool i would love to be able to build in a old minecraft server one day again
You can do it now brother

@@Mongster83 haha, sorry. I checked the description only. Well, that is awkward XD
Great vid but will there be another back to beta vid ?
It’s become such a massive project at this point I’d rather work on other things. But it will at some point
underrated fr
8:05. No se porque esta sona me recuerda a una parte del primer trailer de Minecraft.
Hey Mongster :3 how do you make the invisible stairs seen (or not seen, I guess) in the video?
Love your world btw :))
sniffer block
it was an inside job
That friend of yours no_mic_ sure does seem like a nice person
Your world is very lovely but I was in fact sweating the entire time
Take a shower then
I would but what if a cheerful yet intense song begins to play...@@Mongster83
Put an observatory on the mini island
Dawg built an entire ecosystem 😭
cool and beautifull
Let's go!
Is that a floating island near your spawn what’s the seed in this world holy that’s sick
could you make a tutorial on how to build a train station system like that?
Haha there are wayyyyy better designs. My system is made to fit the building and could be way better if I gave my builds more space to house the circuitry.
Let’s gooo
How did you obtain the redstone ore block for the block update system? I thought that was only possible after silk touch was added?
What are invisible stairs
man said foy yay lol
when another video?
When my finals are done lol
What is the mod that you use to display the amount of days and seed?
not my style but nice middle age ambiance indeed. I do like the old texture I couldn't play with the new ones past 1.13
Lets see what building i am going to stole to my world this time
How do the invisible stairs work in Beta? How can you obtain them?
this was so funny
thanks tessing
good
Why'd ya take down Dahomey?
