Colin and Shaun are on a desperate mission to save Colin's mental health by ditching their old lives and buying a narrowboat to live on and travel the canals and rivers of Great Britain. I’ve just watched your episodes 1-4 on Amazon Prime, for me they are indistinguishable from other content meaning they are very good. I’m in awe of Colin’s videography skills and editing. The episodes are serene and relaxing with a perfect music choice. Getting yourselves onto Amazon Prime is a well deserved prize. I notice you both present a slightly different persona in keeping with mainstream broadcasting. I’m pleased I have been able to follow your journeys and I’m sure you will go onto greater things. Shaun and Colin, what a really great edit of your first steps in vlogdom. It was so good to revisit the first days on the water and I'm sure that many of us are looking forward to the next episodes.
I didn’t even know you did these… just watched all the YT vlogs in real time, back then. In retrospect, as you said this move was to help mental health, Colin, it is sad that you commented at the farm that narrowboating still created mental stresses and was not the golden answer, apparently. I hope the farm is much better at doing that. Great to see sweet Dillon, again! ❤️

It's great to see some of the early days on Silver Fox. As well as seeing Dillon. Must have been a bit stressful till all the little things got sorted out on the boat. Glad the change in environments was helpful for you.

thank you for the refresher. it's now spring in western Canada ( alberta ) and it's time to but my boaters hat on. I'm new to the water sports and really enjoy your videos. I have been on many boats over the years but this is my first sailboat. I'm really looking forward to similar adventures as you both have. looks so calm and relaxing. I need this open air environment to keep me focused. this year I'm finding it hard to get my head on straight and get ready for boating . your videos really help me. please keep them coming and take care.

I love how you guys have a real affinity for the Lancaster canal and the aerial shot at the start of the video of Silver Fox turning into the Glasson Branch looks superb. As an Aussie tourist and a newby to canals as a slow, relaxing and unique tourist experience, the Lancaster canal is the only canal I've sailed on. It's such a pity we don't live 500 years so I could take more holidays in England and explore more of the canal network.
So nostalgic watching this...grateful to be apart of your journey and so excited for your future endeavors 😍

Hi guys. I really have enjoyed your adventures on Silver Fox, and watching this one again really hit home. In July I will be launching a new boat, using a crane, in Cape Town South Africa, so I anticipate I’ll have some of the same butterflies that Colin had as they lift it from the trailer. This isn’t a canal boat, though. It’s an ocean going catamaran. I’m not planning a TH-cam channel, but do have a website.
