@@flasskk7827 i m former pro runner ..longdistance can be trained pretty well .. but sprint is heavily depending on the explosive tissue that you have .. if you train .. youl never get twice as fast sprinting .. you deffinitely get twice as fast in distance .. and sprinting is also anearobic . The first 45 seconds you use all oxigene thats allready available .. after this .. you screwed:-) .. so yeah if i have to catch somebody i relax first 45 seconds .. and after this almost nobody runs anymore !! .. greetings .. dont want to sound as a know it all .. just my experience.. have a good day
