    Really liked your session. I used to be a credit counselor and all the things you are talking about work for managing your money. Just starting to learn Craps and this is a great way to start. I look at this as entertainment and money I can enjoy since retiring. Your videos are fun to watch and I am learning more each one I look at.

      I appreciate that. I definitely enjoy the game, but more importantly, I pretty protective of my hard earned $$

      Glad to hear it! I wish I didn't wait 6 months to press the button and put this video out last summer when I filmed it ... it's good information that I don't think many people are talking about enough.

    Very interesting and useful. I would add a "loss" factor to all of the sheets, because it is expected that you will lose sometimes. That would make all of this more realistic. One more thing, go ahead and add in travel and food expenses as well. Again, if you are trying to truly manage the money, then account for all of the things that require money to get to, stay at, and return home from the casino! Good stuff!

    • @ProCraps
      @ProCraps  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm going to craft a new sheet. That's a great idea.
      Some people are very against incorporating your travel expenses into this. I go back and forth. If I treat this as a businesss, which I do, I include all of that on the accounting side
      BUT as a gambling tracker, you want to track your bankroll and strategy performance cleanly.

    Going on a 16 day cruise and this will be the first time I'm using a trip bankroll and session bankroll.
    16 days on a floating casino can be very dangerous if you don't have a strong plan in place.

    • @ProCraps
      @ProCraps  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow good luck! Bring that discipline with you. 16 days is a lifetime out there with your money at risk. Can't wait to hear your trip report!

    Good content my friend, useful for all players - I had a chance last week to play two days with the most disciplined rail/money management I have ever witnessed. We all need to keep a strong eye on our betting habits!

      What did they do? Curious to see if there's something I can talk about...
      I'm telling you, the 401(g), the Rack Management, Thinning out your exposure with a reachable goal, and working in 3 phases ... it all comes together.

    • @Roll2Win
      @Roll2Win 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ProCraps he kept track of rack and on table exposure. Down to the dollar. He also counted all my rolls which is a side note. But he would come down and color up whenever he was up a certain amount or back to even. His losses per session were less than mine and his wins were less as well. He was a pro player. Living the casino lifestyle as he calls it for the next 90 days. Zero expenses. Been playing as a pro for close to 20 or probably more years.

    • @ProCraps

      Funny that the casino uses cheques not only for ease, but to disassociate them from money, so people spend them more freely. But if you reverse that psychology and see those cheques as just units and work that way, you'll be ahead more often than not!

    I laugh at people when they scoff or ridicule me for having such a minute and small win goal but one thing I have learned in my short gambling years is that 9 small profits and 1 loss is way better 1 large profit and 9 big losses

    • @ProCraps
      @ProCraps  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep. I can withstand a bad day or two because I have so many wins, even if small. And the way I approach my sessions, I’m able to be at the tables long enough, with enough money in play that when that good roll comes, I’m usually in a position to capitalize on it.

      If you make an account on casinogaming.tv (through our Discord), you'll have access to some apps that I made which are better than this old spreadsheet. I may do a few more, but I think you'll like this better.

    love the idea of a 401(g) ! I have a little slush fund for craps that I build up over time with leftover cash. will now call it the 401(g) !!

    • @ProCraps

      Originated by Dominic LoRiggio in one his early books. It's changed me for sure. We used to go to the casino, and my wife and I would literally look in checking/savings and see what we could spare and then went out and played with scared money, which never wins. Now, I do some side jobs and whatever and it goes in there. It's literally entertainment money. We drain that for our flight, hotel, food, and our time at the tables. When I'm not traveling to gamble, I very much do what I do in the videos. I take 10% of it, and I break it into 10 pieces and that's how I work each shooter. Level up!
