Funny Gibbons Playing, Climbing & calling

Gibbon is one of about 20 species of apes found in the rain forests of Southeast Asia. Gibbons, like great apes (gorillas, orangutans, chimpanzees and bonobos), have a human structure and have no tail, but it seems that gibbons do not have higher cognitive abilities and self-awareness. They are also different from wonderful monkeys, having longer arms, thick hair and a throat bag used to amplify the sound. Gibbon's voices are loud, have a musical tone and travel over long distances. The most characteristic vocalization is the "big call," usually a duo where a woman leads and the man joins with fewer complex notes used by both sexes as a territorial marker.
