I wrote the recipe here to make it easier for me as well as others : Ingredients: Oil One tomato One onion Matki sprouted Lehsun roughly half handful Handful coriander One inch ginger Mustard seeds one tsp Jeera one tsp Hing 1/3 tsp Turmeric Chilli powder Salt Water 1) Heat a little oil in kadhai, and put chopped onion and lehsun in it and cook on med-high flame for 1 minute till colour changes. 2) Then add tomato and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Let this cook and grind into paste along with coriander, ginger. 3) Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add mustard seeds jeera, hing. 4) Add ground masala and roast for 10-15 secs mixing well. 5) Add matki, mix well while roasting for 2-3 mins on medium flame 6) Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and mix well. 7) Add water, roughly 1 glass. Mix well. 8) Let it come to a boil on high flame. Then mix, Then turn the flame to medium and cover and cook.
