Felt like there were some cookie crumbs that they left untended. Maybe because they wanted to focus on the fantasy aspect..?

I really loved that they explored Giselle and Morgan's relationship instead of going with the Robert and Giselle romance again. They didn't have to show us much of their romance and yet we were certain that their marriage and love were stronger than ever. The "stepdaughter and stepmother" plot is not something we see everyday in movies. My heart was completely full with this sequel ❤. This scene also reminded me when Olaf is disappearing and Anna is holding him.
Judging by the song itself, it looks like something bad will happen to Morgan as she seems to be close to death and Giselle’s so heartbroken at what her innocent wish had done to her family. And of course like a majority of Disney princesses or something of that matter, she cries in utter sadness and her tears break the spell when they land on Morgan.
Actually it's the reverse. Giselle is dying and she's basically confessing her motherly love for Morgan and how she only want what was best for her and will still be there for her no matter what happens
I would like to see a Disney movie where the stepmother isn’t evil and loves her stepchild or stepchildren. I guess you could say Enchanted is that movie but it would still be nice to see a fully animated Disney film like that.
