I have the Neverfull empriente tote in turtle dove in my collection, but I haven’t noticed the weight as an issue. it is a lighter leather... Compared to other totes I have carried..but I guess I don’t carry heavy things in it... I think an organizer does make this bag so much more practical ❤️ Love the softer leather straps that stay on my shoulder...a winner for me! Enjoy listening to your thoughtful insights 😀
No color issues at all…or even color transfer, no problems in anyway…I think the color issue was a rare thing early on. I do use an organizer! It has held up beautifully and is a great looking bag. The weight has not bothered me..the leather it is pretty light…everyone is different.
I bought the blue Kira bag on sale late last year after seeing you feature it, just fell in love instantly with the color. I love it and get a lot of complements when I wear it. Everyone loves the color. I consider a Wedgwood blue.

Highly reccomend trying Kildare Village or Bicester or whatever your local outlet is before taking the plunge on it. I highly, highly reccomend the bag

Love the Lou Lou puffer bag! I also have the LV tote (for work) and am shocked about the weight comment, I notice no difference between my leather and canvas LV totes. Thanks for the review, its great feedback for anyone thinking of buying the bag and I would recommend anyone should experience it in real life first if weight is a concern. Hey Amie, I have a suggestion that might work for the Prada shoulder bag, you can try attaching a chain belt on the openable end of the bag strap and connecting that chain to the bag. Should work with a similar hardware.

You can totally still attach the strap to the red Prada!!!! Just let the red strap fall behind, or hang it down in front so it looks intentional. You can also attach the strap as a wristlet and then add the silver chain so the wristlet strap looks like a charm/accessory. With all the floopy stuff hanging off bags nowadays, they’re a *look*!!!

I have the Empreinte Neverfull too and I’ve also noticed it’s a bit weight-y. Not unbearable necessarily, just noticeable. I can’t imagine what the weight would be like if it came in the GM size.

Hi! Colour transfer has very little to do with the bag and more to do with the clothing you wear with the bag, i.e. if the dye used is prone to rubbing off. Lighter coloured bags will obviously make this more noticeable but there isn't really one type of leather or brand that's more susceptible to it. I got the same Kira as you during Black Friday for Christmas and I love it so much! I do dislike the magnetic closure though, but I love the color contrast between the grey/blue and the gold!
I'm in love with the ysl puffer bag! but, i am in doubt about the wear and tear ... in fact, i am in doubt between puffer and toy loulou! which do you think will show less signs of wear?
Puffer is far more hard wearing IMO. I showed in my video last week - the smooth Saint Laurent leather is prone to showing wrinkles. The puffer line doesn't have this issue at all - super carefree!
Just a suggestion, maybe a small chain extender on the Prada pouch might help it sit nicer on the shoulder. And might also help dress it up a bit too with a chain extender :)
I actually bought the OnTheGo GM in black empriente and when I filled it, it was 22lbs! I put it on the scale and was shocked. I ended up exchanging it for the Neverfull Black Empriente (same on Amie has) and it's been SO much lighter. To hear her talk about the empriente being heavy is funny because I had that same chat with my friends last week but thankfully the neverfull is a good 30% lighter than the OnTheGo
@@ChaseAmie yeah, I was shocked when I saw the scale. I had loaded it with my work laptop, and my daily essentials from my small crossbody and it was just bonkers. The neverfull works so much better but it still gets those workouts in!
completely agree with the weight issue of the LV empreinte, I had the OnTheGo in the GM, barely used it for that reason and finally sold it. Just not practical at all (in terms of weight to carry around). ps: everytime i see your valentino i loveeeee it, really tempts me to buy it but I have 2 chanel 19's so feel it would be too much of an overlap! x
You know I didn't think it was seasonal but they don't seem to have restocked the larger size in an age. They do still have all the smaller sizes in cloud blue though so hopefully they will restock!

I just got a Kira (grained leather) and I'm pleasantly surprised about the quality for the price! It was my first Tory Burch bag and I'm already thinking of getting another one in a different color 🙈
Sorry for the delay! I kept meaning to weigh them and then forgetting haha. The original TB Perry is a little over 20% lighter than the empriente neverfull. It's around the same weight as canvas Neverfull (but only because I weighed it with the Neverfull pouch inside which does obviously add). The newer TB Perry tote is about 10% lighter than the empriente neverfull and a little heavier than the canvas Neverfull, mainly because of the addition of the compartment in the middle. Hope this helps!

Aime you can buy a bag extender on organized my bag website for that red Prada wristlet bag to make the strap drop a bit longer like your Prada reissued bag 🙂
Yes! Ah I filmed a mod shot showing it crossbody and I cut it out - so annoyed with myself right now haha. I'd say this is just on the edge - any bigger and I don't think it would work but as long at the strap length isn't too long for you, I 100% think you can wear it crossbody :)

Try unclipping the strap from the red Prada pouch, clipping on the silver chain from the re-edition onto the red strap end and then clipping the silver chain onto the pouch ring. It’s hard to explain but it’ll create a longer strap that is a combo of the chain and red nylon, which will be long enough to wear over the shoulder comfortably

Get a short gold chain as an extender for the red bag if you want to wear it over the shoulder.

Sorry for the delay! I kept meaning to weigh them and then forgetting haha. The original TB Perry is a little over 20% lighter than the empriente neverfull. It's around the same weight as canvas Neverfull (but only because I weighed it with the Neverfull pouch inside which does obviously add). The newer TB Perry tote is about 10% lighter than the empriente neverfull and a little heavier than the canvas Neverfull, mainly because of the addition of the compartment in the middle. Yes! Ah I filmed a mod shot showing it crossbody and I cut it out - so annoyed with myself right now haha. I'd say this is just on the edge - any bigger and I don't think it would work but as long at the strap length isn't too long for you, I 100% think you can wear it crossbody :)

Try unclipping the strap from the red Prada pouch, clipping on the silver chain from the re-edition onto the red strap end and then clipping the silver chain onto the pouch ring. It’s hard to explain but it’ll create a longer strap that is a combo of the chain and red nylon, which will be long enough to wear over the shoulder comfortably
