Can anyone explain please: if there is strong enough wind and big chop you cannot outrun the wind. The sail will pull and you will lean back. Is it ok or do you rather oversheet to have less sail pull? Or it is ok to have the sail pull you but you use the front strap somehow to counter the pull and not lean back at the same time?
