I placed my first order ever, used a code and my package was missing my mini. Kinda sad but I called and all they did was make a special code for minis for my NEXT purchase 🤷🏻♀️
Do they always miss the complimentary gifts? They’re missing 2 of mine too and I called them and they just said “they were out of stock” and “not their fault” since it’s a “complimentary gift” anyway -.-“
WOW. I’ve noticed in the past 6 months they’ve been messing up like crazy with the complimentary gifts, that’s what others have been saying too. I’ll admit I submitted MULTIPLE email contacts to them (through the website) explaining my issue and including the offer code I used. (I didn’t call). The 1st response I got was not helpful, then I got another response offering to ship me my samples, and a third response with a special offer code. I guess it wouldn’t hurt to try that route, but that is TERRIBLE customer service …
I tried asking them if they could ship me my mini complimentary gifts and they kept saying that they cannot do that but can only offer a promo code with other samples..
That is SO shady. I’m so sorry! :( I wish some of the other designer houses had great loyalty programs… I would almost be inclined to not purchase from Dior at that point!

What!! Oh my gosh I'm so sorry. That's such a letdown. I'm curious - was the special code for minis usable on ANY order (like no spend requirement?)
