There are different types of Hearing Impaired or people lose there hearing due to various issues. I think momola is suffering from TINNITUS form of Hearing loss then Hearing aid will be of no use.Hearing aid only amplify the sounds louder and the patient suffering from TINNITUS can not differentiate the sounds....they will suffer from poor speech discrimination and Hearing aid only makes sounds louder..I myself am suffering from TINNITUS
