can you give us clue why the needle in our test with similiar product, is shake around and couldnt steady like videos? maksimum range the scale is 3000 gpm and at around 1500 gpm and 2250 gpm, the needle shaking and unsteady

It's your test setup. You need a throttling valve downstream of the flow meter to provide back pressure or else the needle will jump around like crazy.
