Have you heard of the ghost of a young woman that haunts the corridors of Kings Cross St Pancras Station? She has been see crying and in distress. Whenever someone tries to help her she disappears. It is believed she died in the 1987 Kings Cross fire.
Loving Rob, he has a natural presence on camera, would love for him to be a member of the team, wouldn't mind seeing more tours with him as a guide. These past three videos have been great 👍❗
The electric chair picture was an advert for the chamber of horrors. It’s tag line was “It’s Shocking”. I was 7 at the time of the add and it scared me every time I saw it on the tube. It is not ghost, it was an ad on the tube wall.
I've only recently discovered your channel and I love it. Thank you for your very informative and very interesting information and stories. I love story telling and sharing. Keep them coming there great. I'll never get to ever go to the UK but with your tours I am seeing and learning much. Thank you and Cheers from ya mates in Aus 🥰😁👍🙏🕊️🇦🇺
I have now officially watched each and every video of your tours at least one and more often than not twice. One of my favorite and most enjoyed channel. Thank you Sinead!!!!
On your story of the photo taken on the Bakerloo line, I clearly remember seeing a poster advertising Madame Tussauds, Chamber of Horrors specifically, both in that establishment and on the Tube, showing that image. Whilst I am aware that Tussauds have denied this, I have seen it for myself.
It looks like a poster to me, I thought this had been debunked already but maybe it wasn’t Madame Tussaud’s, I heard it was for the chamber of horrors too. Either that or it’s entirely faked by the tourist.
We have friends ( 6 foot something , well bulit men ) that worked on installing the Oyster card machines in the underground stations .Thet say that some locations gave them unexplained chills when working during the later evenings /nights .
Thank you, thank you so much. Your videos are the very best to watch and listen to. Bruno Hauptmann, in my opinion was totally innocent. These stories get spookier and spookier.
A great tour, well produced and narrated. I visited London several times in the past with my husband. We took the Underground often as we toured the sites. Thinking back to the trains then and now as seen on your tour, It amazed me that your system is so clean and orderly. Compare your system with the NYC subways in both eras. I am sure that there are issues locally but NYC’s subways are awful. As a former native New Yorker, I always took the buses rather than use the subways in NY. I am a big fan of all your videos which allow me to revisit London as my travels are limited now by issues. Look forward to your next videos !
Fascinating video. When you think of all the souls that have lived and died in London throughout the centuries, it’s no wonder they leave behind some residual energy of some kind. Depending on what you believe, where people witness paranormal events like described in the video maybe a recycling of that persons death, even so it will remain a intriguing part of the unknown.
Glad that you enjoyed the video, Trevor. If you haven't done so already, you can hopefully check out our back catalogue of virtual London tours th-cam.com/users/FreeToursbyFootLondonvideos. There is more where this came from.
